YU Nadia-Yin
Nadia-Yin Yu, Ph.D., earned her doctoral degree in management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2017. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the People and Organizations Department at NEOMA Business School in Rouen campus.
With an academic background that includes visiting positions at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD, USA in 2014, and the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, TX, USA in 2018, Nadia's research has been published and featured in journals and magazines such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal, and Forbes.
Her research pursuits are centered on exploring the impact of social contexts, including team dynamics and workplace climate, on employee performance at both individual and collective levels. Additionally, she investigates the evolution of individual beliefs, orientations, and initiatives over time. Her research aims to understand and effectively manage these changes, factoring in both psychological and organizational perspectives.
