RICHTER Janek
Janek RICHTER is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Digital Transformation at NEOMA Business School. He received his Ph.D. at the University of Cologne, and worked at the Cologne Institute for Information Systems (CIIS) as a postdoctoral research fellow before joining NEOMA. Janek’s research focuses on how organizations change with and through digital technology. He is interested in organizational agility and dynamism, (digital) dynamic capabilities, managerial judgment, and organizational identity. His work has been published in premier journals including the European Journal of Information Systems and he presented his research at the top conferences of the field such as the International Conference on Information Systems and the European Conference on Information Systems. He has served as Associate Editor at conference research tracks including “Innovative Research Methods” and “Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation”. Janek’s teaching covers a broad range of topics embedded into the information systems discipline such as managing digital technologies and sustainable digital innovation as well as information systems development and IT project management.
